General Booking Conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. The Douro Suites reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards. Any reservation will be considered completed only after our confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours. In the case of the client booking cancellation, all reserved values are taken for granted by the Douro Suites and billed automatically.

• Check-in: since 3.00 p.m.
• Check-out: until 12.00 a.m.

We kindly ask you to inform in advance if check-in is made after 18h, in order to secure your booking and preparing a welcome treat.

FOR GUEST, IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION AND A VALID CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF THE CHECK IN. THIS OBLIGATION EXTENDS TO CHILDREN.

Credit cards accepted by the Douro Suites: VISA and MASTERCARD.

All rooms are distinguished by a romantic and exquisite atmosphere, with large and great views over the Douro River.

LCD satellite TV, free wireless internet, room safe, whirlpool bath and shower, minibar, individually adjustable air conditioning in every room, kitchenette or kitchen. All suites have magnificent views over the Douro River.

Cancellation Policy

From 7 days before arrival to the accommodation will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay.

From 3 days before arrival to accommodation, it will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay.

All early departures will be considered a cancellation.

All canceled nights will be automatically billed.

Any changes to your reservation, please contact the Douro Suites.

The figures shown include VAT at the legal rate.

Programs / Promotional Packages

It is not possible to choose programs/promotional packages with overlapping of these. All rates are IVA included at the current rate and are subject to limited availability.

You can also ensure your reservation by bank transfer. The data will be sent on request.

Douro Suites experiences are exclusively for guests (require reservation or previous information - price under request):
